Londesborough is a very small privately owned estate village situated just 3 miles North of Market Weighton. Market Weighton is approx half way between Hull and York situated just off the A.1079

Post Code is : YO43 3LL

  • To find Londesborough leave the A.1079 at the roundabout with the A.614 (BP.Petrol Station & Little Chef).
     

  • Following signs for Driffield on A.614

  • At next roundabout take 1st exit for Londesborough

  • After 1.5 miles on entering village take 1st left & then 1st left again following signs for Park Farm & LPCC (do not look for the Donkey its gone)
    This narrow single track road will take you for 1 mile through the Park estate.

  • Having crossed over the Cattle Grid take the track on your left across the field to the Pavilion and ground.

  • Please park unoccupied cars facing the wood

CAUTION: Please drive slowly through the village before entering the park.

 

You will note a new tarmac road from the village to the ground. PLEASE drive slowly  and safely - this is a private road. The park is where the 9 hole golf course used to be. This picturesque golf course was opened in 1905 but never re-opened after the 2nd world war. Details of the Londesborough Park Golf club can be found in the history section of this website.
