Key Action from -Members Feb Meeting 2012

1.Nat West Cricket Force – signed up with ECB & Build Centre Co. lpcc to invest £100 & receive £400 to put towards building materials – awaiting confirmation!! Discuss with Mike Beevers– Action Sec.

2. Ground Equipment- Pursuing replacement roller & mower – Action Chairman

3.Chance to Shine – New Community Area Coach visiting LPCC Fri.9^th March – discussing links from our local  schools to LPCC. Impact on our existing sessions –extra numbers!

3.Tom Eagling Award – York League presentation Fri 16 Mar. 7.30 –All members invited to support Tom –Action all members interested ring LPCC  Sec.

4.Golf Day –Wed 6^th June  Dave Beadle confirmed as a sponsor – Sec. hoping for 40 teams this year – new teams welcome – nearly full already! Action –Sec & all members

 5.LeagueGround Inspection Team- Our umpire Nigel kindly volunteered to help- Action Nigel for training!

6. L.P.C.C. Promotion Leaflets – to be distributed to all new homes in MW. New colour leaflets to be ordered for our sponsors- Action Sec & St. Dodd & Ian Hodson

7.Intermediate League AGM  – Chris Barlow to attend –Action feedback by Chris. To Sec.

8.Readman Cup new format a concern-   Action Sec. to contact  league officials.

9.Fundraising Meeting  - 7^th March - main purpose to develop/maximise existing events –  parents of juniors to be encouraged . Events diary to be set asap

 All members invited to be volunteers on this committee Action : by all

10. Sponsorship 2012 – new ball sponsors (£30) welcome – all members to ask around  - Major sponsors same as last year  Action St. Dodd & all members

11. No Smoking – signs to be displayed on veranda & around pavilion. Action Sec.

12. C.R.B,s   all coaches,umpires,scorers etc. to check dates for updating – Action      George to check register & advise

13. April Fools Day – pre season work   - Sunday 1^st April 9.a.m.free T Shirts provided! -Laying of pavers in front of pavilion + many other tasks!! Action by all

14. Fencing  - concerns expressed due to state of top end outer fence & stiles- Action Martin to report back to Chairman.

15. Pre- season nets all organised except U.11s

16. Chairman – thanked all for attending (inc. 2 parents of juniors) Outlined need by all members to support club activities & events. Meeting closed before bar closed!
